These policies are published in advance of our official launch and take effect on October 1, 2025.
1. Shipping Provider
All UAE orders are delivered by Quiqup, our trusted logistics partner.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Delivery times range from one to five business days depending on your location within the UAE.
3. Shipping Fees
All UAE orders above AED 350 qualify for free shipping.
A flat fee AED 25 applies to orders below AED 350.
4. Returns and Eligibility
Returns must be requested within seven days of delivery. Eligible items include new, unused products in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Non returnable items include final sale products, worn or damaged items, and opened socks.
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the items. This process typically takes 7-14 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take five to ten business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. Return shipping fees charged by Quiqup will be deducted from your refund. If your return does not meet eligibility requirements, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
