As an Emirati designer we founded HOS with one standard in mind: every piece should perform as beautifully as it looks.

Strength equipment doesn't have to look like an afterthought. We wanted ankle weights, bands, and grip socks that felt considered — built to hold up to daily use, in colours and materials you'd actually want left out on a shelf, not shoved in a drawer.

That idea now shows up in a few different ways:

Shop Ankle weights, resistance bands, grip socks, and hand weights — in stock and ready to ship. What's on the site is what lands at your door.

Studio Retail We supply studios and gyms that want to offer HOS gear to their own clients and members.

HOS On Location A ticket gets you a class in a different location each time, plus the equipment you choose at checkout to take home with you. No product photo — you train in it first, then it's yours.

We're a small, Dubai-based team, hands-on with every part of it — from sourcing materials to answering your messages.
